What is the difference between My Activity and the News Feed?

My Activity is a feed that shows your engagement on the platform. The News feed shows all of the activity of the users you are following as well as certain platform messages.

Contains mature or sensitive content
Contains misleading or false information
Contains abusive or derogatory content
Contains spam, fake content or potential malware
